摘要
Qualitative and quantitative analysis of photosynthetic glycolipids mixture was Studied by means of the ultra performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time of flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS) using electron spraying ionization. The results showed that the ionization mode was depending on the structural types, namely, monoglycosyldiglycerides (MGDG) and diglycosyldiglycerides(DGDG) in positive ion mode, whereas sulfoquinovosyl diacylglycerol (SQDG) in negative ion mode. Each glycolipid component in the mixture can be separated effectively using gradient elution on BEH C-18 column. The characteristic fragment ions were shown in the. mass spectra indicating the polar group and acyl chains, the relative intensity of the two acyl chains were clearly correlated with their regiostereochemistry. The quantitation of glycolipid has been carried Out by accounting their composition in isocratic elution.
