摘要
The sintered macro porous parts consist of central parts with spherical powders after cleaning were immersed in electrolyte of Ca(CH3COO)2 H2 O and C-3 H-7 Na-2 O-6 P center dot 5H(2) O with pure water. The power supply is special Micro arc oxidation (MAO) supply unit. A special electrolyte loop system was made to reduce the possible non-uniform of the MAO coating on macro porous surface and to cool the electrolyte. The surface morphology and crystal structure were investigated by SEM and XRD. The results show that by MAO can prepare a homogeneous, multi pores film on the porous surface. The film phase is mainly composed of rutile and anatase titania. There is also contained a small mount CaTiO3.
