CAD Design of Small Jacquard Dobby Weave Based on Image Processing

摘要
In order to simplify the complex design of small jacquard dobby weaves, a method based on image processing was proposed in this paper, which could appropriate for the determined number of heddles and different warp and weft cycle numbers. Through analyzing the formation principle of small jacquard dobby weave and the relationship among drawing-in plan, pegging plan and weave diagram, an optimized model was established with the fixed number of heddles, then the looming drafts and fabric appearance could be simulated. Finally, the CAD system was programmed by Visual Basic 6.0 language, and the result shows that the design method of small jacquard dobby weave based on image processing was feasible.
