Observation of photon-assisted Josephson-quasiparticle current

摘要
We report measurement on de transport through a superconducting single-electron transistor (S-SET) in the presence of microwave irradiation. We studied its influence on the Josephson-quasiparticle (JQP) current which appeared as sharp peaks in the subgap region of the current-voltage curve of the S-SET. Under irradiation of microwave, several peaks were observed at the both sides of the main JQP peak in the gate-voltage dependence of the current, which we attributed to the photon-assisted JQP current peaks.
