摘要
Using hierarchical multiple regression analysis, the current study aimed to investigate ecological predictors of recovery-oriented practices among 230 psychiatric nurses in South Korea. Intrapersonal predictors associated with recovery-oriented practice were educational level, type of workplace, and attitudes regarding recovery. Extent of nursing practice environment recognized by nurses at the organizational level was also significant. Recovery-oriented practices were associated with intrapersonal and organizational factors. Therefore, it is necessary to provide multi-level considerations to improve recovery-oriented practices among psychiatric nurses.
