Introduction: the organizational climate is currently of interest to almost all companies, due to their influence on organizational and psychological processes, such as communication, decision making, problem solving, learning, motivation, and its impact on the efficiency of the organization and the satisfaction of its members. Objective: to analyze the scientific production on the organizational climate existing in the literature. Method: systematic review in data banks: VHL, Scielo, LILASC considering the indexed descriptors. Twenty-six articles were included for the analysis, according to the search strategy, in the years from 2013 to 2018 framed in the evaluations developed in different countries on the organizational climate assessment as well as the instrument used and the results obtained. Results: in the 26 identified articles, 24 were quantitative with cross-sectional and correlative descriptive designs, one mixed and one qualitative. Made in the countries of Spain, Brazil, Peru, Venezuela, Mexico, Cuba, Chile, Colombia and Ecuador. Of these, 22 were written in the Spanish language, two in the English language and two in the Portuguese language. In relation to the journals that contributed the most articles are Science and work and the Cuban Journal of Public Health. Conclusions: Organizational climate studies show the importance and effectiveness of organizational climate management. In addition, evidence that organizational climate management influences user satisfaction.
