摘要：

This paper presents a profile of different organizational climate assessment tools. A systematic literature review was made of publications in the past 15 years, and 10 articles on organizational climate assessment tools were found. An analysis of the psychometric properties was performed and the dimensions were evaluated. It was found that a group of 8 dimensions were repeated in most tools: decision making, organizational clarity, leadership, social interaction, institutional motivation system of rewards and incentives, organizational and supervisory openings.
