摘要：
The domestic enterprises have undertaken the initiatives to develop and carry out MRP II since the 1980's. In recent years, the ERP markets have been springing up, many enterprises have used and purchased ERP products, but encountered with many problems, contradictions and uncontrollable factors when operating them, only few enterprises succeeded. The paper tries to analyze the ERP-operating problems encountered by the Chinese enterprises, and works out several solutions to them, in order to offer some short-cuts to some domestic enterprises, especially the state-owned industries.
