摘要：
With the development of information and communication technology, virtual organization for enterprises to cooperate on exploiting and manufacturing products has been widely used all over the world As the basic unit, people pay more and more attention to the construction of working teams. This paper will do research on the method of institution, necessary net based and integrated support system for teams in the surrounding of virtual enterprises.
