摘要：

Requirements engineering is important to automation of IT solutions development. Formal requirements allow creating formal specifications and translating them to program code. This paper proposes approach to data quality, information quality and requirement engineering for this. Formal quality parameters are defined in this paper. These parameters are clear to information users and data collection designers, which have to meet requirements regarding data quality dimensions, described in paper.
