Spatially Offset Raman Spectroscopy involves the collection off-axial scattered light, enabling the rapid collection of high signal-to-noise spectral information including that for phosphate, collagen and carbonate at millimeter depths, all indicative of bone health. (C) 2020 The Author(s)
