摘要
Oxidation behavior of Fe-Ni alloys exposed at high temperature was studied. Temperature at the initial stage of oxidation increased more quickly at the furnace inside than at the surface of the specimen and its behavior was reversed after 20 s due to oxidation heat. Oxide layer was mainly composed of FeO. And particles of Fe3O4 and Fe2O3 were distributed in FeO layer. The order of the composition ratio for the oxide was Fe2O3 much greater than Fe3O4 much greater than FeO at the oxide surface, FeO much greater than Fe3O4 much greater than Fe2O3 at the internal oxide, and FeO much greater than Fe3O4 much greater than Fe2O3 at the surface of metal after stripping oxide layer.
