摘要
This presentation focuses on development of organic single-crystal transistors which have realized high charge carrier mobility exceeding 10 cm2/Vs. Materials, solution-patterning processes, and the mechanism of charge carrier transport are discussed so that the new class of organic semiconductors offers practical high-performance devices in flexible and printed electronics industries.
