摘要
In this paper, cooperative game theory is used to construct a cooperative game model between technology-based SMEs, government and banks under the risk compensation mechanism. This paper discusses the distribution of cooperative achievement by using the shapley value method, and makes simulation through Matlab, which makes the distribution of the results as reasonable as possible, and promotes the long-term cooperation between the technology -based SMEs, government and banks.
