Polemics regarding the appearance of a New Economy or the,existence of a new phase in the economic development" can be often noticed in the specialty newspapers. In the following we will try to approach some of the most important aspects of the two topics we have talked about so far, aspects that can help the readers make an opinion and even reflect upon the concept of the New Economy.
