摘要：
We describe the construction and operation of a compact diode laser pumped Nd:YVO4 microchip laser with intracavity frequency doubling. An output power of about 100 mW at 0.53 mu m has been achieved. This device can be used in undergraduate teaching labs and for research applications as well. An experiment using this laser for holography is described.
