摘要
China is known as the "Country of Dress", which owns colorful and plentiful clothing culture. Especially, the unique and charming costumes of ethnic minorities are very worthwhile to research, conserve, inherit and develop. But in the globalized world, our country who owns thousands of year' s clothing culture has become a powerful country of garment processing and manufacturing, rather than one of apparel brand and creative design. This is not only economic, scientific and technologic issues, but a deep-seated cultural issue. It is worth our serious consideration and exploration. Therefore this study is based on textiles and clothing ability and innovative platform of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, tries to make She ethnic group's costume cultural elements' "Activation" as an example, which is the characteristic ethnic culture of this area. It will focus on and discuss the proposition of how to import creative ideas into design of traditional costume cultural elements, and ultimately form a national costume cultural and creative industry.
