摘要：
This paper verified the effect of relationship commitment on knowledge sharing, using structural equation modeling based on 168 questionnaires from supply chain enterprises. It also explored the mediating role of trust and reciprocity responsibility. The result indicated that the relationship commitment had a positive effect on knowledge sharing, the reciprocity responsibility played a partial intermediary role between relationship commitment and knowledge sharing, and the mediating effect of trust between relationship commitment and knowledge sharing was insignificant.
