摘要
A 15-30% enhancement of steel resource upon low-cycle fatigue tests is achieved by steel treatment with power electric current pulses at the instant when a sharp decrease in the ultrasound velocity occurs. Possible mechanisms of the effect are discussed. (C) 2000 MAIK "Nauka/Interperiodica".
