DIALOGUE' METHOD OF CAREER DEVELOPMENT FOR VOCATIONAL SECONDARY SCHOOLS

Article gives an insight into the necessity of dialogue' method in the careers development for vocational secondary schools' students. The last five years of Latvia' statistics indicate a highest unemployment rate of young people among others groups of society. Adolescence is most intensive time for learning, self development in order to their knowledge and skills to offer and to use in the labour market. One of the ways how to help to find a future plan of young people is to use dialogue' method, through which they can develop research and cooperative skills, occurs and gain new experience of meaningful learning.
