摘要：
Information distortion is a serious problem in supply chain management. Bullwhip effect is a regular information distortion lowers the performance of a supply chain, but irregular information distortion can bring about much serious damage. This paper discusses reasons and forms of information distortion, and quantifies the negative influence which information distortion incurs. We show that if the members of a supply chain share information, the influence which irregular information incurs can be eliminated.
