Research on Risk Assessment in Project Construction Process

Risk, the impact of uncertainty on the target, probability and impact of a possible event have on the project success. With the change of international political, market and technology development, and increasing internal and external environmental fluctuations, some project are facing more complex and changeable risks. Therefore, the necessity of project risk management is becoming more and more significant for the purpose of minimizing the probability of loss. Based on the KONIAMBO nickel mines project undertaken by the Qingdao Offshore Oil Engineering Company, this thesis aims to minimize the risk of the project out of internal and external environment and ensure the success of the project with the effective management control.
