摘要
In today's unprecedented and ever more complex social space more and more compelling arguments are pushing ahead the need of a managerial science, devised as an interdisciplinary study. This is a science whose human dimension cannot be properly evaluated without the conceptual and methodological tools of psychology, anthropology and sociology. In social terms, the management practically correlates human needs and aspirations which can be fulfilled only under complementary activities umbrella. Because the managerial science targets the social economical units as epistemic goals-both as general theory and methodology-one has to assess the manager's competence only in conjunction with these knowledge, innovatively assimilated and flexibly used, as a function of the amplitude and intensity of the integrative demands. This paper follows a few aspects of the above issues and exemplifies them with a specific Romanian situation, in the machinery industry.
