摘要：
An antenna for Ultra-wideband (UWB) radio system is presented. The effect of UWB antenna on the UWB pulse waveform is investigated. To verify the pulse distortion effects of UWB antenna in UWB radio, a generalized pulse waveform is transferred through the proposed UWB antenna. The antenna is made on Teflon substrate with overall size of 44 x 20 x 0.46 mm. Satisfactory performance is achieved with simple structure for the wide range of frequency of 3.5-10.6 GHz, which is allowing for low cost productions.
