摘要
The Internet of Things (IoT) is acknowledged as one of the most important emerging technologies that can quickly disrupt the retail industry. However, the path towards reaching full potential from IoT is uncertain. In this paper, a maturity model (MM) is developed to assess the as-is situation and give advice on future actions for a successful IoT adoption. The MM is developed through a 4-round Delphi study with nine experts resulting in a 5-level MM with 5 dimensions and 11 subdimensions. The MM validation shows that it is easy-to-use and appropriate to provide guidance towards higher maturity levels.
