Information and communication technologies for the inclusion of students with diverse educational needs

摘要
The research objective was to design a model based on the use of ICT for the inclusion of students with special educational needs (SEN), it was approached methodologically under the quantitative paradigm, under a descriptive typology, with field design, not experimental, transectional. The study population was made up of 121 students and 101 teachers belonging to the District 4 Educational Institutions of the city of Santa Marta-Colombia, who applied a questionnaire-type instrument of their own elaboration. The results evidenced inefficient use of ICT in teachers and students and insufficient educational inclusion of students with special educational needs, these findings motivated the design of a comprehensive model that responds pertinent to the reality of students and inclusive policies in Colombia.
