摘要
Institution theory has been the important factor impacts on strategy. This paper finds out how the cultural-cognitive institution factors impact on Chinese corporation's growing by analyzing the case of Yili. The corporate growing is not only the result of economic driving. But Yili's growing process is exactly the process of cultural-cognitive system's impacts on enterprise's strategic choice.
