摘要
Development of automatic control systems in the oil processing industry and other industries, remains one of the major challenges nowadays. During this study we are going to analyze a project, where the control of the systems is carried out by pneumatic power system. A pneumatic system uses compressed air to transmit and control energy. Compressed air is produced by compressor that converts mechanical energy from motors and engines into the potential energy of compressed air. Pneumatic control systems are used in various industries especially in sectors for driving of automatic machines, control devices for the control of: level, temperature, pressure, etc. Based on the existing system we will propose a modern automatic control system, where process control will be done by electrical signal. Our analysis will be focused on the comparison of the existing model with the proposed models in some aspects to achieve a new level of: accuracy, speed of action, complexity, noise, quality of production and energy consumption. The universal nature of the approaches of proposed methodology makes it possible to use the template design of the automated control systems in other industries as well.
