Knowledge renewal in project processes

This paper explores if knowledge formed in projects is used to change organization specific work processes in project-based organizations. The absence or presence of incremental change in existing work processes is explored in a construction, and an automation corporation. The literature presented in this paper discusses the presence of incremental change in organizational specific processes. However this paper presents empirical material that highlight both the presence but also the absence of incremental change in project processes. Empirical results discuss knowledge that is used as well as not used to change existing work processes.
