摘要
Crosstalk is analyzed in Printed Circuit Board design. The damage of the crosstalk to the system is summed up and the relevant factors effecting crosstalk are studied. Using these characteristics such as small size, high frequency and big density in high-frequency handset terminal, Y-wiring topology is designed. It guarantees effectively signal terminal resistance matching in each SDRAM. At the same time there is the same loop area in the handset terminal. Many suppressive measures are used in the process of wiring, for example it needs series match to electrical length trace and capacitive / high inductive load trace. Signal line which has stronger signal is added protection line at both ends of it.Clock and signal line meet the 3-W principles. These measures improve the system's ability to suppression crosstalk allowing the system to meet the requirements of Electro Magnetic Interference.
