摘要
The importance of integrating technical professionals from different cultures into high-performing teams to boost the global economy with innovations in green technology, biotechnology, nanotechnology and the like areas is discussed. This will require integrating research and development teams from different countries, working on products and solutions with customers and partners from different companies, government agencies or universities, organizing professional from different disciplines to work together on solutions, and leading a team with members from different national cultures. Companies that have been most successful at integrating professionals from different disciplines into projects have structured their organizations to support this activity. Many technical professionals across the world play multi-player videogames and are used to taking different roles.
