摘要
we use cellular automaton to carry out a path planning algorithm for mobile robot. The environment is totally known including the starting point ,the end point and the obstacles. Two different models were set based on cellular automaton.We compare both of them and choose the better one to apply in path planning. There are still some problems in avoiding collision so that we improve it by the way of increasing danger factor. The simulation results indicate that the improved path planning algorithm with cellular automaton is useful and effective for mobile robot.
