摘要：
The article reflects on the status of medical law in the Slovak republic. It studies if the Medicine Law can be considered as an autonomous branch of the Law and introduces Several definitions of the Medical Law. The article deals with current status of the Medical Law from the point of view of formal sources of the Law and also from the point of view of quality of current legislation with reference to deficiencies of this legislation. The article also looks at legal knowledge Of doctors of medicine and their opinions of status of the Medical Law in the Slovak Republic through interpretation the answer sheets of questionnaires drawn up by doctors of medicine.
