摘要
Magnesium doped CuFe2O4 Composite polycrystalline samples are synthesized by a solid-state reaction technique. The compound structural studies were performed using X-ray diffraction method. Stabilized dielectric constant and dielectric loss with temperature are observed in the compounds at high frequency. Dielectric constant was found to increase with doped magnesium. Analysis of frequency dependent electrical information at different temperatures in the compounds proposed a temperaturedependent non-Debye type relaxation method. The dc and ac conductivity temperature reliance at different frequencies showed negative resistance coefficient (NTCR) conduct. Jonscher's universal power law was followed by dependence of ac conductivity on frequency at different temperatures. The temperature dependence of the conductivity of dc and ac was fitted to Arrhenius equation and activation energies were calculated at various temperature ranges to understand the conductive species engaged in the conductive system.
