Effect of La2O3 Doping on Conductivity of ZrO2-Sc2O3-CeO2 System

摘要
The effect of La doping on conductivity of ZrO2 - Sc2O3 - CeO2 system was studied. The presence of the hysteresis loop was shown and related to the polymorphic transformation from the orthorhombohedral phase to the cubic phase. 0.5 mol% La2O3 doping replaces the hysteresis loop in a region of high temperatures. The results are discussed in borders of the baric model for the ionic conductivity of zirconium oxide which assumes the control character for the influence of the hydrostatic pressure on the diffusion mobility of oxygen ions.
