摘要
Modern evolutionary programming technique only in outline reminds the strategies of biological evolution. The application of other algorithms and biological ideas may substantially improve the performance of this area of computer science. Recently the data were obtained, which evidence, that genes transpositions play essential role in evolution. Transposable elements are a major source of genetic change, including the creation of novel genes, the alteration of gene function in development, and the genesis of major genomic rearrangements. We propose and apply for simulation of evolution a new genetic operators class, which we call operators of transposition. The goal of our work is to show, that a set of such operators is sufficient for simulation of complication of genetic networks in evolution.
