Empirical research on motivators in employee's knowledge sharing

摘要
Employee's knowledge sharing behavior is the basis of an enterprise's effectively utilizing its knowledge resources. Based on the characteristics of employee's KSB, this paper examines the incentive effect from the economic motivator, social motivator, and psychological motivator on employee's KSB through employing the statistical tool SPSS 11.5, in which the 320 respondents come from the industries in china such as IT, chemical, and consulting. The conclusion shows that there are different effects from different motivators on different type of KSB, and differ from economic motivator's significant negative effects, social motivator and psychological motivator have positive effect on employee's KSB. The conclusion has important significance to knowledge sharing management in enterprises of china in the future.
