摘要
In the era of knowledge economy, the competition among the enterprises gradually turns to knowledge management. How to stimulate knowledge sharing motivation among employees to promote knowledge flow and knowledge value added is the key for enterprises to manage and use their existing knowledge resources effectively. As employee guanxi has a major impact on thinking and behavior of employees, the study takes employee guanxi and knowledge sharing motivation as the core concepts, using empirical research method to explore the impact of employee guanxi upon knowledge sharing motivation. The research deepens the understanding of employee guanxi, expands the research of antecedent factors of knowledge sharing, and enriches the research of employee guanxi impacting knowledge sharing from the dynamic perspective. At the mean time, this study will help the employee to behave rationally; also will help the enterprises take effective measures to promote knowledge sharing motivation among employees.
