Research on Rationality of the Riot Equipment Console Based on Ergonomics

摘要
In order to verify the rationality of the riot equipment console layout and improve the man-machine experience when the occupant uses the riot equipment console, the ergonomics module of CATIA software is used to simulate the posture of occupant. First, this paper calculates the occupant's body data based on the survey results and builds a manikin using CATIA, and on this basis, simulates the maneuvering space, vision field and sight distance, upper limb comfort of the occupant when they use the console, then evaluate the console layout rationality combine with ergonomics theory based on the simulation results. The results show that, the riot equipment console layout is well reasonable and can meet the operational needs of the occupant.
