摘要
With the conservative gene sequence ORF3 of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) as reference, a pair of specific PCR primers were designed and optimized. Then SYBR Green I real-time fluorescence PCR was developed for rapid quantitative detection of PEDV. This method has a sensibility 100 times higher than RT-PCR and avoids the high pollution brought by conventional PCR electrophoresis. Therefore, with high speediness, sensibility, specificity, repeatability, and quantifying ability, this method can be used in rapid detection of PEDV in pig farms.
