摘要
Excellence in innovation requires adequate competencies to respond quickly to new market conditions and customer needs, and also scan the opportunities of continuous improvements in products and innovation processes. There is a great deal of discussions on how the competencies are acquired and how to respond to the market condition from a technological or marketing or traditional strategic point of view. Relatively, a less number of researches have been undertaken in exploring the role of inner strengths i.e. culture, climate and people, in the process of creativity and innovation. In this connection, this paper will try to understand the true nature of the inner environment of an organization and how it can contribute in the process of innovation.
