摘要
Increased and chaotic urbanization, along with the rapid population growth led to its concentration in areas exposed to risk phenomena being the result of the combination of parameters related to the physical, socio-cultural and economic conditions. Population concentration in a densely populated area requires good supervision and monitoring systems to avoid potential problems. Through a centrally located population and goods, the sensitivity of buildings and infrastructure increased in Floresti. Spatial-temporal development of the commune, especially the village Floresti, drew attention because it has led to of a multitude of geographical changes, changes which have a destructive magnitude for the study area. Thus, by identifying and analysing, based on the temporal and predisposing factors, the anthropogenic and natural changes together with the elements of risk and the areas characterised by vulnerability, it was highlighted the existing problems and why it is important to consider how the evolution of communities can be influenced by the landscape.
