摘要
Through the study on how to choose sending the right type and content of an argument, which has been used in Argumentation-based negotiation of electronic business, this paper brings forward a kind of evaluation model to solve the problem. This model aims to help Agent make quantitative evaluation of their argumentation strength respectively in terms of multiple influencing factors, when it is facing a variety of options for the type and content of an argument. Therefore, to achieve the goal that guide the Agent to send appropriate type and content of an argument. The model is characterized by the introduction of fuzzy mathematics to quantify the qualitative indexes reasonably, so that it can overcome the deviation from the objective reality that using specific values to represent the argument's strength directly in the past research. Finally, we calculate and analyze an example so as to verify the rationality and validity of the model.
