A Study on Regional Health Promotion of Sports from the Perspective of Sustainable Development: Evidence from Jinan City

Chronic non-communicable diseases severely threaten health of humanity, thus threatening the sustainable usage of human capital. The role of sports played in preventing chronic non-communicable diseases and realizing human capital's sustainable utilization can not be substituted. This paper does the survey about the status of health promotion of sports in Jinan with the random sampling method. And the results show that the combination of broadcast of sport-health knowledge, intervention of unhealthy behavior, and construction of sport-health system has not been formed yet, and the sustainable development of regional human capital has been intimidated. So a system of health promotion of sports must be constructed as soon as possible to enhancing sport-health consciousness and fostering sport lifestyles of citizens.
