摘要：

This paper explores and illustrates Risk Management importance for Logistics and Transport daily actions and sub actions. Risk Management is used to reduce wastes with the reason to improve whole Company work results. The same systems were tested before and after Risk Management processes. Using waterfall table was defined two wastes and after Risk Management process that two wastes has been reduced.
