Thinking on the Innovation of the Personnel Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

With the reform of the education system, the development of higher vocational colleges has entered a new stage: higher vocational education is facing new challenges. Personnel management is an important content of the management of higher vocational colleges and involves many aspects such as system, talent flow, and concept. For this reason, the personnel management approach is necessarily optimized. In this paper, the problems in the personal management of higher vocational colleges and the differences between human resource management and traditional personnel management are mainly introduced; the innovative measures for the personnel management of higher vocational colleges are raised according to the current personnel management trend, so as to promote the further development of higher vocational colleges.
