摘要：
We investigate incentive mechanisms for the optimal supply of and demand for international public goods under cost uncertainty. We find the incentive mechanism exists iff the nation-wise income as well as the global income would be greater than the critical values determined by cost uncertainty. (c) 2006 Elsevier B.V.
