摘要：
Effective supply chain management has become a potentially valuable way of securing competitive advantage and improving organization performance since competition is no longer between organization, but among supply chains. Consequently, evaluating the performance of supply chain correctly is important. This paper chooses a set of indicators, constructs a framework for performance measures and introduces a method called principal components analysis in agile supply chain performance measures.
