摘要
This paper examines the potential impacts of restructuring on labour and employment for Sub-Saharan African countries in the context of globalization. Pt examines the globalization phenomenon, and how the current programs of economic restructuring in most African countries may affect employment and labour. The results of the inquiry appear to support the notion that in order for Sub-Saharan countries to experience greater labour market benefits from restructuring in the era of globalization, they must adhere to even more deep-rooted economic restructuring.
