Relationship between Servant Leadership, Corporate Culture and Employee Performance

摘要
Studies show that servant leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, but the actual impact of servant leadership on corporate culture and function mechanism for employee performance is to be discussed. Based on. the literature analysis, this paper constructs theoretical model that how servant leadership affects corporate culture and employee performance, and how corporate culture play intermediary role between leadership and staff. According to 374 effective questionnaire data as a sample, this paper carries out the empirical analysis by SPSS and LISREL analysis software based on correlation analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, path analysis. The results show that servant leadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, team culture, innovative culture and market culture, negative to influence the deviation behavior and hierarchical culture. Three kinds of culture except hierarchical culture have the mediating effect of servant leadership on employee performance. The research result is of positive significance to the effective management of the use. of contingency leadership behavior and employee performance.
